For over 12 years, CNA Specialists has offered housing inspection consultant services throughout the United States. Founder Paul Youngborg is a licensed architect and general contractor with over 40 years of experience. He has conducted hundreds of studies for HUD Public Housing and other subsidized housing agencies, determining future repair costs for selected multi-family residential properties.
Capital Needs Assessments
CNA Specialists has performed many capital needs assessments (CNAs) of various multi-family properties for the United States Department of Agriculture's Multi-Family Housing Preservation and Revitalization Restructuring Program (MPR). Additionally, we have completed design/build handicap renovations on homes and apartments for the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs, and we are consultants on ADA issues like universal design for commercial, residential, and industrial property owners.
